TheraBand Resistance Band Loops are a continuous 3" (7.6cm) wide loop elastic band. 45.5cm (18'') flat band.
Uses: Lower body exercise to increase strength and balance. Features: Effective and efficient way to strengthen muscles. Convenient. Portable. Loop feature eliminates need to tie knots in the band.
