Pricing & Surcharge Notification 2026

Dear Valued Customer,

Just a quick note to let you know about a pricing update coming into effect on 1 November 2026.

Like everyone in the distribution industry, we’ve continued to experience increases across manufacturing, freight, energy and logistics, along with ongoing volatility across global supply chains.

We’ve worked hard to absorb as much of this as possible. However, we do need to make some adjustments, with an average increase of 4% across a selection of affected products from 1 November. Individual product increases will vary depending on the specific costs involved, with the overall adjustment broadly reflecting the inflationary pressures we’re seeing across the market.

The good news is that at the same time, we’ll be removing our current order surcharge on all new orders from 1 November. The surcharge was introduced as an interim measure to help manage the significant cost pressures we were experiencing, and with the upcoming pricing adjustment we’re now able to remove it. This will offset some of the increase for many customers while also simplifying our pricing structure going forward.

We’re raising this with you now to give everyone plenty of time to review the changes and make any adjustments needed ahead of 1 November.

We really appreciate your ongoing support and business, and we’ll continue to do everything we can to keep pricing competitive while maintaining the quality, availability and service you rely on from us.

If you have any questions about the changes, please feel free to get in touch with your Allcare account manager.

Thanks again for your continued support.

Peter, Jo & the Allcare Distribution Team
