RockFloss is a latex, elastic band that can help improve mobility. RockFloss uses the science of compression and fascial shearing to help unstick muscles and joints so they move better. Easy to use for both clients and professionals, Flossing Bands complement stretches, range-of-motion exercises and rehabilitation work and utilises compression and fascial shearing techniques to improve muscle and joint mobility.

RockFloss can be used on almost any part of the body; the only limitation is the size of the body part intended to treat. Shoulders, knees, wrists, elbows, hips and ankles are all great target areas. RockFloss should never be used on the head or neck.

Available in 2in or 4in widths.

On every last Friday of the month we offer a Free Freight Friday.  Any orders ordered on this day are free Freight (excludes capital equipment).

Capital Equipment freight is calculated based on your location.
