PPT Metatarsal Pads transfer forces from the metatarsal heads. Constructed using PPT open-cell polyurethane foam, the PPT Metatarsal Pads retain their shape, provide comfort and shock absorption, and are breathable to keep skin dry and cool. Each pack contains 6 pairs.
