Helps to improve posture and strengthen back and core muscles.
The Posture Medic is a posture reminding resistance band that helps to stretch, strengthen and stabilise the back. With this product is a 6-week program to assist with better posture. It informs on how to stretch tight muscles in the chest, neck and back, increasing the range of motion and allowing the back to straighten.
These strengthening exercises specifically target the muscles in the neck and back, helping maintain proper posture. These back and neck muscles are often overlooked when working out and are under-utilised due to poor posture.
Available in two resistances- original and plus.
