Use the 66fit Inflatable Balance Pods to work on balance, coordination and motor skills as part of a recovery or general fitness regime. Regular use will help strengthen weakened muscles especially in the lower legs and feet increasing flexibility the more they are used.

Each dome has a flat easy grip side and a textured spiky side. Use individually or together flat side down for a moderate workout and then simply flip over onto the pebbled spiky side for a more difficult challenge.
