Freight Pricing 2026

We hope this message finds you well.

As we all continue to navigate the challenges of rising fuel costs, we’re seeing ongoing increases impact both our domestic deliveries and international freight on imported goods. We’ve done our best to absorb these changes for as long as possible; however, the continued pressure on transport and import costs means we now need to make a small adjustment.

As a result, Whiteley Allcare will be implementing a temporary fuel surcharge of $3.00 per order, effective Monday 20 April 2026.

This surcharge is intended to help offset a portion of these rising costs while allowing us to maintain the level of service and reliability you expect. Importantly, we are not looking to change our existing free freight offering. Orders over $350 will still qualify for free freight. However, the $3.00 fuel surcharge will apply to all orders, including those that meet the free freight threshold.

Where possible, you may find it helpful to consolidate smaller orders into one. While the surcharge applies per order, combining orders can help reduce the overall impact.

We will review this surcharge every 30 days, with the intention of reducing or removing it as soon as conditions allow.
