Phenol must be ordered on its own - please do not include it with orders for other products.

Please include your podiatrist’s name and registration number when ordering - this can be included on a Hospital Purchase Order if you work for Health New Zealand).

SafeTPen's will be shipped separately - due to its Dangerous Goods classification, SafeTpen cannot be sent with other products.

A Dangerous Goods Delivery Charge will be applied to each phenol order (including on our Free Freight Fridays) - transporting dangerous goods is subject to strict legal requirements, including proper packaging, labeling, and documentation. Please don't courier these yourself between sites.
- Due to its Dangerous Goods classification, we cannot accept any returns of SafeTPens.
