Geckos are pre-fabricated orthotic devices for children who
range in age from approximately one to nine years.
Gecko design features mean that the devices are well suited to providing:
• Good rearfoot to midfoot control
• Significantly increased stability for hypermobile feet
• Contact with a large amount of the foot for increased proprioceptive feedback

• High calcaneal inclination angle

• Deep medial and lateral flanges

• No forefoot correction (to allow normal forefoot development)
