SINGLE PIECE - The X-Glide Rigid shoe insert is sold as a SINGLE plate, not as a pair. The X-Glide Rigid insole can be worn on your right or left foot. Please measure the length of your current insole and compare to the sizing chart. Order the size that is closest in length but not larger than your current insole!
