The 66fit Advanced Stability Disc (35cm) is ideal for intermediate to professional users. It features two textured sides, one virtually smooth for standing and the other with small dimples which are comfortable yet effective for sitting.
Use the Professional Balance Disc as a training aid to improve balance and coordination whilst standing. The disc is particularly effective for working on core and lower body strength and it is also recommended for use in stabilising and strengthening muscles and joints, especially ankles and knees. The disc can further be used as part of an intensive exercise regime for core and lower body workouts, squats and knee drives.
