This Beginner to Professional Balance Pad is widely used in reaction, coordination and motor skills training. The pad also plays a valuable part in rehabilitation programmes following accident or injury.
In addition, the 66fit pad can be used as a sitting aid to help improve posture and core abdominal muscle strength.
