Decline Board
The Decline Board allows targeted strengthening of the knee extensors not achievable in a standard squat and is a valuable tool in rehabilitation and strengthening of the knee extensor mechanism. The decline board isolates the quadriceps while squatting and assists in alleviating chronic knee pain.
