The Aerobic Step helps improve cardiovascular strength and stamina. Fully adjustable, the 66Fit Aerobic Exercise Stepper allows height adjustment of minimum 10cm and a maximum of 15cm. To adjust the height of the step simply insert the attachments provided and click into place. The 66fit Aerobic Stepper is ideal for all types of aerobic exercise from step ups to split squats, lunges to leg lifts.
