From warmups to general fitness exercises, stretching, toning, pilates and yoga, the 66fit Exercise Bands are a great piece of equipment for any studio, gym or space of exercise.
The 66fit Multi Adjustable Bands are colour coded and come in a set of three bands. This allows progress through any training programme selecting the suitable level of resistance for each stage of training.
For a total body workout, from upper to lower to core body exercises, the 66fit Set of Multi Adjustable Bands has something for everyone.
